Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical implementation of HarnessWorks systems for new clients. Analyze customer wire harness design data (from tools like Zuken E3, AutoCAD Electrical, Capital, etc.) and configure it for import into the HarnessWorks projection software
Data Parsing & Scripting: Utilize our proprietary "Rulescript" and data mapping tools to convert customer engineering files (BOMs, wire lists, schematics) into projection-ready visual work instructions
Demos & Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to demonstrate the capabilities of the HarnessWorks Lightboard and software to prospective clients, showcasing how our mixed reality tech solves their specific manufacturing pain points
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for manufacturing engineers and assembly operators on how to use the hardware (projectors, PCs, boards) and software. Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting for hardware alignment, software configuration, and data updates
Product Feedback: Act as the "voice of the customer" by gathering feedback from the field and collaborating with our internal software and hardware development teams to drive product improvements
Hardware Setup: Assist in the physical setup and calibration of projection systems, ensuring sub-millimeter accuracy for projection mapping on the harness board
