Responsibilities
Startup, checkout, integration, commissioning, training, troubleshooting and maintenance for a wide variety BAS control systems
Conducting preventive maintenance for existing systems
Startup and integration of new and retrofit systems
Ensuring optimal system performance
Resolving complex technical issues
Provide commissioning, training and turnover to the building operator
Collaboration with team members to meet project specifications and client requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Experience with Preventive Maintenance to ensure the long-term reliability of systems
Knowledge of Instrumentation and Calibration processes
Understanding of electricity and electrical systems related to control panels
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics
Experience in the building automation or HVAC industry is a required
Willing to travel to Domestic and International projects
Preferred
Relevant technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred
