Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Architect (1117686)

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end loyalty architecture, define target state and roadmap aligned with business OKRs
Design loyalty programs: tiers, point economics, multipliers, benefit catalogs, expirations
Partner with Finance for liability modeling & reconciliation
Establish member 360 mapping between Loyalty Cloud and FSC (Person/Household)
Integrate with core systems & third parties to orchestrate accrual/redemption events
Build digital member experiences via Experience Cloud and mobile-friendly components
Define journeys via Marketing Cloud/Engagement & segmenting in Data Cloud
Govern privacy & access: roles, sharing, consent, data retention
Operationalize platform monitoring, alerts, runbooks & issue playbooks
Create solution diagrams, sequence flows, integration contracts & test strategies
Guide admins/devs/testers; run design reviews & readiness checks
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Member Services & Compliance
Measure program success through analytics (lift, breakage, cost per point, LTV)
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, including: Tier structures, currencies, accrual and redemption logic, Benefit catalogs, offers, promotions, vouchers, Points expiration, partner programs, and liability management, Member profiling, segmentation, and lifecycle design
Understanding of common retail banking/credit union products: Checking/savings, CDs, consumer loans, auto loans, mortgages, credit cards
Knowledge of regulatory constraints (UDAAP, fair lending impacts on targeting)
Familiarity with KPIs such as engagement rate, redemption %, CLV, NPS
Aligning Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model with loyalty profiles
Building Experience Cloud portals/apps for loyalty dashboards and rewards
Using Marketing Cloud/Engagement, Personalization, or Data Cloud for: Segmentation, decisioning, journeys, confirmations, cross-sell/upsell
Implementing Service Cloud flows for point disputes, adjustments, partner redemptions
Designing mobile-first loyalty experiences: App wallets, push notifications, QR/barcode redemption, Apple/Google Wallet integration, Creating API-first components for web and mobile channels
Real-time & batch integrations with: Core banking, card systems, merchant partners, payment networks
Experience with event-driven patterns (Platform Events, CDC)
Developing MDM/Golden Member architectures & Data Cloud harmonization
Knowledge of decisioning via Flow, Apex, Decision Tables, or external engines
Implementing SSO/OAuth, consent & preference management
Data protection: encryption, retention, audit trails, PII minimization
Designing solutions aligned to SOC2/security best practices
Hands-on experience in complex Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
Strong experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Salesforce Technical, Sales, and Service certifications (mandatory)
Proven experience with: Salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, Data migration and data quality design, System integrations
Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise integration patterns
Salesforce integration experience with: External business systems, Middleware and integration tools
Proficiency in: Salesforce SFDC / Force.com, Apex, Java, JavaScript, XML
Strong experience in: Salesforce configuration and customization, Apex APIs and Apex Triggers, Implementing Salesforce from scratch
Hands-on deployment experience with: Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes and web services, REST/SOAP APIs, AppExchange deployments, Legacy Salesforce components (s-controls)
Experience with: Workflow rules, alerts, actions, Approval processes
Programming experience in: J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle
Strong ability to: Define system landscapes, Identify gaps between current and target states, Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions
Preferred
Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
