Build a residential remodeling operation targeting minimum $1M revenue, focusing on projects in the $30k-$150k range across DC, Maryland, and Virginia
Scale the construction company while integrating it with our real estate fund
Manage projects, crews, and deliver consistent quality
Handle field operations, project execution, quality control, crew management
Qualification
Required
Active general contractor license (DC, MD, or VA - we'll operate in all three)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
Track record of quality work you can show us
Hunger to scale beyond where you are now
Ability to manage projects, crews, and deliver consistent quality
Willingness to go all-in - no side projects once we partner
