Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage all aspects of their security program. The FSO will ensure compliance with government security regulations and will be responsible for developing security policies, administering personnel security clearance processes, and conducting training programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations

Administer the personnel security clearance process, including initial submissions, periodic reinvestigations, and terminations

Manage the company's facility clearance and ensure all safeguarding requirements are met

Conduct security education, training, and awareness programs for all employees

Investigate and report security incidents and violations

Liaise with government agencies, including the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)

Maintain all security documentation and records

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field. May substitute four (4) years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree

5+ years of experience as an FSO or in a related security role

In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM and other government security regulations

Experience with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the National Industrial Security System (NISS)

Active Secret security clearance (minimally)

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred

Experience with COMSEC (Communications Security)

Experience in a government contracting environment
