Network Engineer - Customer Outreach
BlueWater Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The role involves initial customer interactions and follow-through of service orders, ensuring exceptional service during the telecommunications service request process.

Responsibilities
Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders
Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request
Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry
Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear
Qualification
Required
2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
Must have an active Secret clearance
May require mandatory schedule change based on operational requirements, resulting in a swing shift/second shift schedule (Example: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
Preferred
Associate's degree is preferred
