Responsibilities
Collaborate with the business development team to convert prospects into sales opportunities
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and align our services accordingly
Develop solutions through a consulting sales process in collaboration with internal teams and clients
Formulate compelling value propositions leading to successful proposals
Negotiate and close business deals aligned with the organization's sales goals
Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, peers, and management
Support trade shows and marketing activities to boost the sales pipeline
Analyze marketing and technology trends impacting our verticals
Maintain the sales pipeline using our CRM tool
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a technical sales role supporting design services
Proven experience in solution selling
Bachelor's degree
Solid understanding of disciplines across a wide range of businesses
Ability to interpret client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards
Demonstrated track record in developing and closing sales contracts
Excellent persuasion, communication, writing, and presentation skills
High energy and strong work ethic
Collaborative mindset
Ability to interact with all stakeholders on a peer-to-peer level
Self-starter with resourcefulness and creativity
Flexibility and adaptability
Positive attitude and strong team player
This is a telecommute position with the flexibility to travel extensively (60% or more of the time) within California, USA
