Responsibilities
Assess and dispatch parts that require Quality Inspection
Scan and archive documentation electronically
Physically archive documentation
Support investigation that requires documentation to be retrieved
Work closely with the Receiving Agents and the Quality Inspectors
Work on computer using SAP, Excel, Power Point, Word etc
Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with the Quality Manual
Have other duties in support of operational necessities as assigned
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
2-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse environment
Intermediate computer skills in MS office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook and other MS office suite programs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a variety of individuals and departments
Requires shift work and may be required to work some weekends
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP or other similar ERP systems
Associate's degree in applied science or similar technical program
2-5 years of experience in aerospace-specific quality inspection a plus
