Required
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in evaluating and interpreting data to support decision-making
Proven experience in Business Planning and Commercial Management to enhance organizational growth
Proficiency in Team Management with the ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate diverse teams
Demonstrated ability in Sales, including building relationships and achieving organizational targets
Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with or passion for nonprofit organizations and their mission-driven initiatives
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
