Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for µCooling, specifically targeting Edge AI and Physical AI applications in North America and Europe

Lead technical and business engagements with key customers to secure design wins in mobile, wearable, and data center sectors

Build strategic alliances with integration and SoC partners to accelerate product adoption and to extend the competitive moat for xMEMS technology

Collaborate with Engineering and Product Marketing to align µCooling roadmaps with evolving thermal requirements for high-performance AI systems

Represent xMEMS at global industry events and on social media, positioning µCooling as the standard for solid-state active cooling

Required

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-growth startup environment

Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to achieve growth objectives
