In-House Media Buyer
Enclave BioActives is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on transforming health through science-backed formulations. They are seeking an elite Media Buyer to scale multiple VSL funnels across Meta and Google, with a focus on performance marketing and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Scaling Paid Traffic Across Meta & Google
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google to hit ROAS and revenue targets
Manage meaningful monthly budget
Understand how CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, and ROAS interact at scale, and make decisions with the full economic picture in mind—not in isolated metrics
Running Traffic to VSL Funnels (Health & Wellness)
Run and optimize campaigns to long-form VSL funnels, specifically in health, wellness, or similar problem–solution spaces
Use your experience with VSLs to quickly assess whether traffic quality and targeting are aligned with the offer and customer avatar
Ask smart diagnostic questions about funnel performance without overcomplicating or trying to “fix” everything at once
Stay plugged in to what’s working in the market: hooks, styles, formats, and ad angles that convert for health & wellness VSL offers
Use ad spy tools and competitor research to identify winning creative patterns
Clearly communicate creative insights, angles, and hypotheses to internal creative stakeholders (creative manager, editors, performance team)
Know the content you’re running—watch the VSLs, review the ads, and understand why they work or don’t
Design and execute structured tests on audiences, creatives, offers, and angles with a clear hypothesis and success criteria
Iterate based on data: scale winners, cut losers fast, and constantly look for new levers to pull
Keep the focus on profitable scale, not vanity metrics
Report on performance with ROAS as the primary KPI, supported by key funnel and ad-level metrics
Communicate clearly and directly with the performance team—what’s working, what’s not, and what you propose next
Participate in a performance-driven culture where results, accountability, and ownership matter more than titles
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on paid media experience as a Media Buyer
Proven experience running traffic to VSL funnels
Direct experience in health, wellness, or similar B2C direct-response offers
History of managing at least $50,000/month in ad spend; ideally $100k–$1M+/month across Meta and/or Google
Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Data- and ROI-driven mindset: you think in terms of spend, revenue, and profit, not just surface metrics
Comfortable in a high-accountability, performance-based environment
Experience on both agency and brand-side (we're open to either, but value exposure to different structures)
Familiarity with ad spy tools and competitive research workflows
Preferred
Experience with TikTok or native traffic (Taboola/Outbrain, etc.) is good to have
