Responsible for recruiting top talent for residential solar sales teams
Create and manage job postings across social media platforms, LinkedIn, and recruiting channels
Work directly with recruiting partners to source high quality candidates
Manage onboarding process including document collection and signing
Support hiring pipeline growth and team expansion initiatives
Additional responsibilities may be required as the organization scales
