Responsibilities
Partnering directly with the Vice President, Supply Chain – KBA, their leadership team, and IT stakeholders to define and align a technology strategy and dynamic roadmap
Translating business strategy into scalable capabilities and enabling technologies
Leading resources—directly and indirectly—to deliver prioritized initiatives
Acting as an advocate for both business and IT during roadmap execution to ensure alignment, value delivery, and change adoption
Driving innovation while delivering programs of strategic and operational importance to the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required
10+ years' related experience
Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects within the fulfillment and Supply Chain space
Experience with leading and working in large teams
Experience in multiple aspects of technology: analysis, project management, systems development, change management, business process improvement, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology related subject matter – storytelling and making the complex simple
Strong general management skills
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Masters / MBA desirable
Experience in manufacturing business a plus
