Required
8+ years of experience supporting enterprise middleware or managed file transfer platforms
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
Strong experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
Solid understanding of high availability, clustering, replication, and failover architectures
Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments
Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, MFT, or Secure Proxy (SSP)
Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating environments
Experience supporting DR audits, regulatory reviews, or resiliency assessments
Prior consulting experience leading cross-functional DR initiatives
