Responsibilities

Troubleshoot end‑user issues within a Windows environment, including Windows 7 and Active Directory account support such as password resets, permissions management, and user access troubleshooting. Support provided in person, via email, and occasionally over the phone
Resolve basic network connectivity problems including IP configuration issues, mapping network drives, verifying connectivity, and setting up PC peripherals such as printers, monitors, and docking stations
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, attentiveness, and a white‑glove support experience for all users

Qualification

Required

Preferred

Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 7 or later)
Familiarity with Active Directory for user management
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (IP address basics, drive mapping, connectivity checks)
Strong communication skills and the ability to support users with courtesy and clarity across multiple channels
