Lead architectural projects from design development to completion
Develop designs
Generate construction documents
Coordinate with consultants
Conduct submittal reviews
Ensure compliance with codes and standards
Manage project schedules
Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative and functional solutions
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Licensed Architect in the US (Preferably Alabama)
Commitment to high-quality design and client satisfaction
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office are required
Ability to research and demonstrate strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and ADA requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to identify assignments for delegation and track team progress
Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors
Preferred
Skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Part3, Monograph, Enscape, SketchUp, etc. are also desirable
