Responsibilities
Review and acknowledge orders submitted through our desktop application
Create and manage parcel shipments
Respond to emails; phone calls; and messages
Attend team meetings with intent
Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and sales reps
Help maintain a clean office environment
Communicate delivery dates and current lead times for projects/completion orders
Create shipping manifest packets for trailer deliveries
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Customer support experience in a manufacturing environment a plus but not required
Computer aptitude and a strong attention to detail is required to achieve success in this position (adobe, microsoft, excell)
Ability to communicate processes and next steps of projects to close work orders
