Responsibilities
Prepare and pack devices for new hire classes
Generate shipping labels via FedEx and update tracking information in ServiceNow
Include required accessories and documentation in each shipment
Ensure timely delivery by selecting appropriate shipping methods
Clean devices using approved materials and techniques
Record device status and location in SharePoint inventory
Organize and store devices on designated shelving units
Identify physical damage or excessive filth and categorize devices for repair or disposal
Document diagnostic results and update inventory systems accordingly
Qualification
Required
Experience with packing and shipping devices
Ability to generate shipping labels via FedEx
Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking information
Experience in cleaning devices using approved materials and techniques
Ability to record device status and location in SharePoint inventory
Skills in organizing and storing devices on designated shelving units
Capability to identify physical damage or excessive filth on devices
Experience in documenting diagnostic results and updating inventory systems
Familiarity with diagnostic tools for Dell, HP, and MacBook
Ability to use cleaning and packing supplies effectively
