Responsibilities
Monitor production data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and efficiency
Conduct and document production trials
Review and approve operating procedures, process changes, and safety analyses
Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance to operations
Train production staff on new or updated procedures
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and operational policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
7+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or Project Engineer in process industries (chemicals, fibers, polymers, or similar)
Strong background in process equipment design, sizing, mass balance, and heat transfer calculations
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
