Responsibilities

Serve as a primary support resource for help desk and desktop support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices
Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support
Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions
Maintain and support standard and custom system images
Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed

Required

Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT support environments
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Windows and macOS desktop support
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Active Directory and account management
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Office 365 and G-Suite support
Minimum 1+ years of experience in SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira)
Minimum 1+ years of experience in MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar)
Minimum 1+ years of experience in ticketing systems and queue management
Minimum 1+ years of experience in network and hardware troubleshooting
Minimum 1+ years of experience in VPN and access support
Minimum 1+ years of experience in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Organized, accountable, and proactive
