Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans
Create automated test frameworks
Work closely with software developers, systems engineers, and hardware teams to ensure that embedded flight software meets stringent aerospace standards for performance, safety, and reliability

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Proficiency in C/C++ programming; exposure to Python or scripting languages is a plus
Familiarity with version‑control systems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work methodically on complex, safety‑critical systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Final Top Secret Clearance required to start
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred

Fundamentals of embedded systems and real‑time operating systems (RTOS) (e.g., VxWorks, FreeRTOS, Linux RT)
Knowledge of model‑based development environments (MATLAB/Simulink, SCADE)
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
