Responsibilities
Lead the execution of ongoing and upcoming hospital and diagnostic projects, including civil, MEP, medical equipment installation, and IT infrastructure
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion within budget
Monitor project progress, generate detailed reports, and escalate issues for timely resolution
Ensure regulatory and healthcare compliance during project development
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all facilities, utilities, and equipment
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, biomedical, and IT systems to ensure 24/7 functionality
Ensure medical equipment calibration and maintenance in compliance with healthcare standards
Supervise housekeeping, security, and support services to maintain a world-class hospital environment
Manage contracts and service level agreements (SLA) with vendors and service providers
Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization to meet project and operational goals
Conduct regular performance evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
