Senior Project Architect | Project Manager
OSPORTS, a division of Osborn Engineering, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in high-profile architectural projects in Sports Architecture, Entertainment, and Public Assembly. The role involves managing diverse projects, serving as the primary liaison with clients, and overseeing project execution to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Responsibility for managing all aspects of diverse project(s)
Serves as primary liaison contact with the clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with client satisfaction
Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
Actively manages client’s budget, schedule and program as well as OSPORTS internal resources for success
Responsible for project communications and documentation
Provides oversight and monitoring of work to less experienced project managers
Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed. Assist with scheduling and managing task and work loads of multiple design teams
Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects
Responsible for training and mentoring of staff
Interface and report to the Director of OSPORTS and other Osborn project teams
Lead and manage multi-discipline design teams
Peer Review of all construction documents, drawings and specifications, including all engineering disciplines
Lead/Mentor/Supervise Architectural Staff
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
Must have 12+ years of project architect experience within one or more of the following fields: Sports (stadiums, arenas, practice facilities, etc. or Entertainment studios
Must have strong understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements
Architectural License is required
Excellent communication skills, able to have a solid working relationship with clients
Proficient in AutoCAD
Preferred
Proficient in Photoshop
Proficient in current version of Revit Architecture
Proficient in Sketchup (or other 3D software)
Proficient in LEED
