Communications Infrastructure

Responsibilities

   Effective management of staff in multiple geographic locations; development, coaching, hiring, assessment
   Define and execute vision and technology roadmap with achievable and measurable goals
   Champion end user computing experience and work across cross functional teams to resolve issues impacting user productivity
   Strong focus on security best practices and urgency towards vulnerability remediation
   Oversee measures to ensure services and systems are compliant with required regulatory and compliance frameworks
   Manage projects within committed timeframe and budget
   Provide reporting and metrics for services, projects and other deliveries

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience
7+ years managing IT systems engineering teams
In depth knowledge of end user computing technologies, best practices, and industry trends
Extensive experience balancing priorities and projects in rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to lead major enterprise efforts in coordination with IT, security, business and customer facing teams
Experience working within IT service management and development frameworks including ITIL and Agile
