Help Desk Technician
Watchkeep is seeking a Help Desk Technician who is a problem solver with a passion for technology and customer service. The role involves providing customer technical support for hardware and software products, configuring and deploying Windows computers, and assisting customers in achieving their business technology goals.

Responsibilities
You’ll be providing customer technical support for hardware and software products
You’ll work in a fast-paced help desk setting, crushing tickets and making happy customers
You will configure and deploy Windows computers, setting up user profiles and applications
You’ll work with several technologies and managed services tools
You will learn a ton through experience and our in-house Watchkeep Ramp Program
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Windows installation procedures, file locations, registry properties
Networking familiarity at the desktop level
Desktop systems and application end user support (Windows 10, 11)
Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Occasional local travel required, so a license and transportation is required
