Responsibilities
Translate growth strategy into actionable operational plans that drive acquisition, retention, and overall performance
Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, analytics, systems, legal, and operations teams to align execution
Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable insights
Define, track, and optimize KPIs and performance management frameworks
Design and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Support automation and tooling initiatives to reduce manual workflows and improve data quality
Launch and scale operational programs across regions and teams
Continuously refine processes to improve growth, conversion, quality, and unit economics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth operations, marketplace operations, consulting, or similar roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience using business intelligence tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus
Background supporting sales and account management teams in SMB or B2B environments
Experience working with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Proven project management skills with strong ownership and execution mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to build and evolve financial and operational models to support strategic decisions
