Senior Quantitative Developer (Risk Model Cloud Migration)
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Senior Quantitative Developer to support the development, migration, and enhancement of risk/statistical financial models. This role focuses on migrating C++ based models to a Python + Databricks cloud environment while working with large datasets and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Migrate enhance statistical and risk models
Analyze and understand existing C++ models
Migrate models to cloud environments
Work with large-scale datasets
Develop and maintain database-integrated solutions
Perform hands-on development across the model lifecycle
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and strategists and business users
Qualification
Required
Strong programming in Python and C++
Experience building statistical or risk models
Financial services experience
Prior Experience as a Quant or ML Engineer
Experience migrating applications or models to the cloud
Hands-on software development experience
Experience working with large datasets
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to follow defined processes and instructions
Self-starter mindset
Preferred
