Ensuring the smooth execution of events
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, organize team activities, and represent the organization professionally
Experience in Sales and Business Development to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and drive organizational growth
Proven Project Management skills in planning, coordinating, and executing successful events or programs
Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building abilities to inspire volunteers and maintain strong community connections
Passion for supporting the military community and a commitment to the organization's mission
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred
