The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for collecting and validating operational and financial data, ensuring clean and consistent data for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
Importing and organizing data from Excel spreadsheets into SQL tables
Cleaning and validating data (duplicates, missing values, formatting issues)
Maintaining database records and ensuring data integrity
Creating consistent naming conventions and documentation for datasets
Supporting reporting needs by preparing structured data for analytics and dashboards
Communicating with operations/dispatch staff to resolve data discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Strong computer literacy and experience working with Excel (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP basics preferred)
Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn (INSERT/UPDATE, SELECT, joins are a plus)
Ability to verify and reconcile data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills to coordinate with internal teams
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Coursework/certifications in data, business, or IT is a plus
