Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing materials and finished products through various chemical testing methods to ensure quality standards are met
Support the development, refinement, and documentation of quality control procedures and protocols
Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements
Conduct experiments and trials to evaluate the impact of new materials or process modifications
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness to guarantee accurate results
Document all testing procedures, observations, and results accurately and comprehensively
Contribute fresh ideas and insights based on chemical expertise to ongoing quality initiatives
Participate in cross-functional meetings and support continuous improvement efforts across departments
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong foundational knowledge of chemical principles and laboratory techniques
Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Curiosity and creativity in applying chemistry to solve practical problems
