Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax software
Assisting customers with downloading, logging in, and navigating the TurboTax platform
Guiding users through importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns accurately
Resolving basic tax-related inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
Building rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding their needs
Participating in certification training to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Maintaining a flexible schedule within the designated hours of 8am EST to 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback to enhance customer experience
