Crossing Hurdles is looking for a Procurement Clerk – AI Trainer to assist in procurement processes. The role involves compiling and organizing procurement data, preparing purchase orders, and collaborating with AI teams to enhance procurement workflows.

Responsibilities
Compile, review, and organize procurement data to generate accurate purchase orders
Track requisitions, contracts, and orders while providing timely updates to stakeholders
Prepare, process, and distribute purchase orders in compliance with organizational policies
Calculate and verify order costs, forward invoices appropriately, and maintain detailed records
Compare pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines to identify optimal suppliers
Support buying activities and assist with supplier negotiations while documenting workflows for AI training
Collaborate with AI teams to structure procurement processes and provide real-world scenarios for model development
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or related administrative functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with proven record-keeping capabilities
Proficiency with procurement software, Excel, and digital collaboration tools
Ability to analyze supplier data, compare bids, and make informed purchasing recommendations
Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
Comfortable working remotely and supporting cross-functional teams
