Responsibilities
Maintain overall responsibility for the quality, efficiency, and performance of all contract work, including both technical execution and supporting business processes
Lead discussions and reviews of requirements and associated data with Government program staff and customers
Serve as the primary coordination point between Government representatives, program leadership, and end users
Coordinate and oversee work performed in Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) environments
Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure program objectives are met
Ensure timely communication, documentation, and reporting in support of contract governance and oversight
Qualification
Required
15+ years of professional IT experience
5+ years of project management experience in the implementation and maintenance of web-based applications, directly supervising 10+ team members
5+ years of experience managing development teams using Agile or other methodologies
Must have an active Secret clearance
