Litigation Support Specialist
Infotrend Inc. is a team of multi-disciplinary technologists dedicated to solving challenging federal issues. The Litigation Support Specialist will apply their expertise in litigation support to assist attorneys in eDiscovery matters and develop solutions for complex challenges.
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge and experience in litigation support to communicate, develop solutions, and assist attorneys in eDiscovery and litigation support matters
Assist and train attorneys in the use of eDiscovery applications
Analyze user document and data requirements and translate them into processing requests and specifications for data loading and eProduction teams
Assist filter teams in reviewing documents
Provide technical expertise on forms of production
Analyze electronic media to determine content and identify the most effective ways to process data
Support the development of workflow and procedures documentation
Maintain chain of custody of evidentiary documents
Assist investigative and litigation staff in the use of litigation support software tools
Qualification
Required
Sole U.S. Citizen
7+ years of professional experience, or 5+ years with a bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in paralegal or litigation support
3+ years of experience in information technology
Proficiency with Concordance, Recommind Axcelerate, or other eDiscovery review applications
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust
Preferred
Experience working with SQL, relational databases, or data reporting, including querying, validating, or reconciling data within eDiscovery platforms or related systems
