Responsibilities

Provide support, organize, manage daily workflow, appointments, contacts, correspondence, incoming and returning phone call lists and assist with daily priorities while maintaining constant open communication
Anticipate all needs and conflicts and work with EVP, Growth & Partnerships and SVP & Sr. EP, CNBC Events and Councils to resolve
Protect confidential information and material while interacting with executives, talent, agents, and business associates of all levels internally and externally
Extensive calendar management while coordinating detailed logistics
Arrange all domestic and international travel
Corporate and personal event planning and coordination – making reservations and able to get reservations in tough venues
Preparation and submittal of all expense reporting
Approval/processing of all expense reports for travel
Car service reservations
Transportation for visitors and guests when necessary
Organize meetings, order food, order drinks, reserve conference rooms, etc
Help resolve all expense challenges encountered by employees
Work with HR, IT, telecom, facilities and any other O&T department on all aspects for a smooth transition for new hires on teams

Required

Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5 years of experience in news production and/or executive-level administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills; able to balance multiple projects in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed—especially during breaking news events

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced media or production environment
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive materials
Proactive mindset with the ability to analyze information and anticipate needs
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Familiarity with News programming and on-air talent
