Accounting Generalist
Rembolt Ludtke LLP is seeking an Accounting Generalist to support the Administrative Team in its daily operations. The role involves various administrative duties, including data entry, conflict checks, and assisting with firm events, while maintaining positive client and coworker interactions.

Responsibilities
Assists the Administrative Team, as directed, in a variety of capacities by providing direct support in day-to-day operations of the Firm
Must be reliable with predictable attendance
Responsible for entering data into Practice Master for new matter reports daily
Responsible for reviewing all new matter reports daily for accuracy and completion
Responsible for searching all relevant and necessary parties for conflicts in Practice Master, along with verifying the conflicts
Responsible to learn how to do the daily deposit and be able to provide back up with the Accounting Manager is unavailable to process it
Accurately take credit card information from clients
Assist with Citibank and attorney Visa cards
Activation, paying them each month, etc
Adhere to all firm policies and procedures related to searching, reviewing, identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest
Responsible for the cold call returns and tracking of them/sending to correct practice area
Assist with setting up/tearing down of firm events as needed
Assists Receptionist in entering time slips
Responsible for backing up Receptionist when out for the obituary checker
Occasionally may assist in backing up receptionist; and
Any other duties or tasks assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be reliable with predictable attendance
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Ability to prioritize deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office and other professional service law firm software
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
Ability to concentrate and pay extremely close attention to detail
Professional, cordial demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple demands with poise
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate in person, by e-mail and telephone
Ability to drive to offsite storage facilities, if any, or Seward location for either delivery, pick up of items or completion of work-related tasks
