Responsibilities

Develop features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend serving real-time dispatch operations

Build and optimize WebSocket-driven systems that track units, calls, and incidents as they happen

Improve performance in a complex frontend with significant state management requirements

Debug and resolve issues in production systems that operate 24/7/365

Extend multi-tenant architecture serving agencies with varying permissions and data isolation needs

Qualification

Required

Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development

Experience with Go for backend development

Ability to develop features for real-time dispatch operations

Experience building and optimizing WebSocket-driven systems

Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and data isolation needs
