Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting and financial operations across the real estate portfolio
Ensure all bills are paid, leases are renewed, and vendors/property managers are aligned
Partner closely with property managers to ensure smooth operations and clean reporting
Oversee tax compliance and filings (entity, property, and related taxes)
Maintain accurate, timely books and records and support strategic decision-making
Work directly with the CEO, acting as a thought partner as the business scales
Qualification
Required
CPA required
10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience (real estate strongly preferred)
Exceptionally detail-oriented, hands-on, and execution-focused
Advanced Excel skills (must be power-user level)
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building, improving, and owning processes
