Consulting
Responsibilities
Accurately generate client invoices (both paper and electronic) in high volume
Assess and implement complex billing processes based on client requirements
Ensure billing processes are in compliance with established firm policies and procedures
Resolve invoicing issues after submission to clients, including (but not limited to) payment issues and monitoring client e-billing systems
Collaborate with other team members and administrative departments
Qualification
Required
Prior legal or professional service organization experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivation and flexibility to meet the changing demands of the position
Ability to work independently while organizing and prioritizing numerous projects/tasks with competing deadlines
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
Preferred
Knowledge of Aderant or similar systems
E-billing experience
