Responsibilities
Business intelligence & reporting; developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SQL, DAX, Tableau, and Excel VBA
Data analysis & modeling; applying regression analysis (linear, logistic, multi-regression), K-means clustering, PCA, and factor analysis to extract insights from complex datasets
Data integration & automation; utilizing Power Automate, Access DB, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Apache Airflow for ETL processes and workflow automation
Forecasting & predictive analytics; implementing machine learning models using Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) and R (ggplot, RStudio) to support business forecasting
Data management & quality; monitoring data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring consistency across systems, including SQL Server, Access DB, and data warehouses
User support & documentation; creating training materials, user guides, and deliver hands-on training sessions to enhance data literacy and adoption of business intelligence tools
Process optimization; leveraging Advanced Power Query, PowerApps, and HTML for improved workflow efficiency and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field
two (2) years of experience in business data analytics, forecasting, and machine learning
conducting statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and forecasting
workload tracking and performance analysis
identifying trends and optimizing project execution
knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and Apache Airflow
knowledge of Power Automate and VBA
knowledge of Python and R
knowledge of ETL, data integration, and process automation
knowledge of Automate reporting
knowledge of data processing and visualization
relocation required within eastern standard time zone
