Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of complex banking software solutions using Java, Angular, and related technologies
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end fullstack applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers
Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Architect technical solutions in alignment with banking standards, compliance, and best practices
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Identify and address technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to banking and software development
Support deployment, integration, and troubleshooting in production environments
Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs) and fullstack development
Strong Angular framework experience
Experience working within Banking and Financial Services domains, understanding regulations and compliance (e.g., KYC, AML)
Strong understanding of banking products such as accounts, loans, payments, and transactions
Experience with Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, or similar
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in banking applications
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines
