Oversee daily office support, including managing office supplies and equipment
Coordinating schedules and appointments
Maintaining organized records
Supporting client interactions
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional environment
Handling communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth operational processes
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Office Administration and Administrative Assistance (at least 2 or 3 years)
Proficiency in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Commitment to providing high-quality Customer Service in a professional and empathetic manner
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and support office operations efficiently
Familiarity with maintaining confidentiality and addressing sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in relevant software systems and scheduling tools
Takes the incentive to get tasks completed in a timely manner
Preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare or counseling setting is a plus
