Responsibilities
Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor Il, the Information Technology Associate performs a variety of recurring, well-defined tasks requiring occasional innovative problem solving with guidelines for the Department of State Hospitals (DSH)
The primary duties of the IT Associate lie within the Client Services domain of the IT Associate classification. This includes elements such as the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions including evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and support for an end-user computing environment
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience providing desktop troubleshooting support, hardware/software installations
1+ years of experience providing printer troubleshooting support, installation, and configuration
1+ years of experience analyzing issues and situations, identifying and solving technical problems, drawing conclusions to the root cause analysis, and documenting as appropriate
1+ years of experience with IOS, AndroidOS, Microsoft Windows OS, and Office products
1+ years of experience supporting mobile equipment such as smart phones, laptops, and tablets
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement, act independently, solve critical and complex problems, and manage multiple competing priorities in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
