Office Technician – District Office

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative functions for the Enforcement District Office
Adhere to the laws, rules, policies and procedures pertaining to civil service employees
Work professionally and cooperatively with the District Office team, the public, DOSH management and employees of DIR/DOSH
Maintain confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications
Valid typing certificate confirming ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired
Typing certificate – 40 WPM typing certificate issued within the last four (4) years and certified from a five (5) minute typing test
Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date
Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility
