Responsibilities

Lead and oversee ThynkHIVE’s global customer success strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and client value objectives
Define and strengthen ThynkHIVE’s client engagement model across institutional and enterprise customers
Develop consistent client lifecycle frameworks from onboarding through long-term partnership
Ensure all client interactions reinforce trust, performance, and long-term value realization
Design and execute structured onboarding programs that accelerate platform adoption and time-to-value
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and expansion through proactive engagement strategies
Establish success metrics that demonstrate measurable client outcomes and ROI
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales leadership
Build and manage senior-level relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, fintech partners, and enterprise clients
Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts
Develop account planning frameworks that align ThynkHIVE solutions with client strategic priorities
Strengthen ThynkHIVE’s positioning as a long-term strategic fintech partner
Establish feedback loops between clients, product, and engineering teams to inform platform evolution
Translate client needs and market trends into actionable internal insights
Advocate for client-centric innovation across ThynkHIVE’s technology and service offerings
Drive continuous improvement in client experience, processes, and engagement models
Implement KPIs, health scoring, and performance dashboards to track client engagement and success outcomes
Leverage data, automation, and customer success platforms to scale engagement efficiently
Optimize workflows, response models, and client communication strategies
Align customer success performance with revenue growth, retention, and lifetime value metrics
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global customer success organization
Foster collaboration between customer success, product, sales, engineering, and executive teams
Develop customer success capabilities, talent pipelines, and leadership succession
Champion a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and client excellence

Required

20+ years of progressive experience in customer success, client engagement, account management, or service leadership within fintech, financial services, or technology platforms
Proven success in building and scaling customer success functions in institutional or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of financial markets, fintech platforms, and technology-enabled service models
Demonstrated expertise in client lifecycle management, retention strategy, and relationship leadership
Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field required

MBA or advanced degree preferred
