Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate with executives, and make strategic decisions
Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
Significant experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the financial services industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
