Senior US IT Recruiter & Business Development Lead

They are seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter & Business Development Lead to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, identify top IT talent, and foster client relationships to support new business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
Perform deep-dive technical screenings across various stacks (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud/DevOps, Data, ERP, and Project Management)
Analyze resumes for quality and "right-fit" to ensure high submission-to-interview ratios
Expertly handle rate/salary negotiations with both candidates and vendors to maximize margins
Maintain a clean and active pipeline within CEIPAL, ensuring data integrity and fast turnaround times
Proactively identify and penetrate new accounts (Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS portals) through strategic networking and cold outreach
Build and nurture relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners to secure "prime" requirements
Stay ahead of US IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to advise leadership on growth strategies
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools to identify and engage decision-makers (VPs of Talent, Procurement Leads, CTOs)
Represent Optimuss Inc. in the US market, ensuring a professional and high-integrity image in all client interactions

Required

Minimum 10+ years of proven success in US IT Staffing
Mastery of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, GC-EAD, USC, TN, etc.) and various Tax Terms
High 'Tech-IQ' with the ability to vet candidates for complex engineering and leadership roles
A proven track record of bringing in at least [X] new client leads or requirements per month
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proficiency in CEIPAL and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, Social Sourcing)
