They are seeking a design intern who can create polished and professional creative work for social media and marketing materials that impact athletes' careers.

Responsibilities
Social media content: Graphics, carousels, story templates, branded content for athletes and influencers
Client marketing materials: One-pagers, media kits, brand partnership decks
Internal stakeholder presentations: Pitch decks, financial reports, partnership proposals
Recruiting decks: Materials to attract top high school and transfer portal athletes
Brand identity work: Maintain Superior Sports visual standards across all client touchpoints
Video/motion graphics: Light video editing and motion design for social content (bonus if you're strong here)
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office Suite EXPERT (PowerPoint, Word... yes, we're serious about this)
Adobe Photoshop proficiency (you can layer, mask, and color correct in your sleep)
Graphic design fundamentals: Typography, composition, color theory, brand consistency
Portfolio of work: We need to see what you can actually do (student work is fine if it's good)
Preferred
Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Motion graphics and animation
Understanding of sports branding and athlete marketing
Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X)
