Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of job costing and cost accounting
Prior management experience leading a team of 5+
Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in the business
Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic leadership
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
MBA a plus
Background in the printing or related manufacturing industry
Experience supporting growth-oriented or entrepreneurial organizations
