They are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements
Managing the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures
Providing guidance and support to staff regarding employment policies, benefits, and workplace issues
Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Handling employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Coordinating training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing payroll and attendance systems, and managing HRIS platforms
Serving as a point of contact for government agencies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
Promoting a positive work environment through employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives
Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to support organizational decision-making and continuous improvement

Required

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
Demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a cheerful disposition, particularly when handling personnel matters
Knowledge of administrative practices, employment laws, wage and hour regulations, OSHA standards, and privacy laws
Capable of implementing and interpreting HR policies and procedures effectively
Ability to serve as a liaison between staff and management
Seek out innovative HR practices
Communicate policies clearly to staff and external agencies
Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP HRMS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and E-Time
